Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. Excellent from start to finish. I had my lips enhanced to look like they used to when I was younger- subtle enhancement, but very effective. I also had my marionette lines filled and am totally satisfied with everything. Excellent care, excellent VFM, resulting in a very natural, fresh look. Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. Everything went perfect. Special treatment of wisdom teeth refused by swiss dentists was successful. Creation of a ceramic dental bridge. During all time I had a temporary bridge and able to eat. Thanks to the excellent Team who participated in my treatment: (Sava, Stefan, Ljiljana, Zoran and Snezana).

The doctors are the best I've been too. Treatment for wrinkles last a lot longer than anywhere else I have been and fillers are a high standard. Faultless. Doctors are considerate to patients.

It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
