I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. I had 6 moles removed at the same time with laser ablation, and I have to say, other than the tiny pinches of the injections, I felt nothing. The doctor and nurse were efficient and very pleasant, the doctor spoke perfect English too, which, though not necessary, is definitely a plus. I paid £70 for everything which is a tiny fraction of what I would have had to pay in the UK. I would definitely go back to get more done if needed and would recommend the clinic to others.

Great facility, and the staff were beyond attentive. From the nurses to the doctors everyone was great. They were also able to accommodate me adding additional procedures the same day which worked well with travel timeline.
