The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class. George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. Granted I was a bit sceptical (as most men are) about the legitimacy of their credentials and experience level. Let me just say, all doubts have been laid to rest! I had a hair transplant at this clinic in July 2023. The doctor was Yusuf Ozturk. We previously contacted the doctor and made an operation plan. Everything went well on the day of the operation. We started at 11:00 and finished at 18:00. It's been half a year and I'm happy with the result. Yusuf is a very good attentive doctor and a true professional.
