Hello, I hade so much excess skin on my eyelids and it was almost covering my sight. I called Elbe and asked and had a free consutation for upper eyelid surgery. I’ve been informed for the price and process. Everthing was suitable for me and I got my appointment for the surgery. The procedure has been operated under local anesthesia and I was all awake during the surgery. It was so easy and comfortable process in the surgery and surgeon Dr. Ozgur has always informed me and told me the process momently. So I felt so relax untill the end. After 2 months later I finished my scar creams, there is no scar mark left. I’m so happy with the result and my sight is so much better now. Thanks to Elbe and rest of the team. %100 from me.

I had my hair transplant in Istanbul 3 months ago and was very happy with the treatment. Mali was very helpful, he was with me the whole time - from the initial phone calls to my departure from Istanbul. They transferred 4,200 grafts and looking forward to seeing the final results.

Overall a fantastic experience. I had my operation four days ago. My hair transplant operation went fantastic, beyond what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was nervous they managed the situation very professionally. The clinic is beautiful and really close to the hotel, which is very convenient. When I arrived in Istanbul, their VIP pick-up service took me from the airport and brought to the hotel. All the service was completely satisfactory. I totally recommend the clinic and you can trust them with quality service. I will keep you updated on the progress.

I am from the UK and this was my second visit to Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation in Istanbul. I came back to them because they provided a competitive price and amazing service levels on my previous visit which was to have 5000 hairs transplanted back in November 2022. It is now November 2023 and I was there to have 3500 more hairs transplanted in this my 2nd transplant to give me more density. The whole process was incredibly smooth from the initial consultation, through to the meet and greet at the airport, thank you to Zafar, the driver, a great guy, the taxi provided every time we met up and the hotel accommodation. The hotel was a good 4 * with free breakfast, gym and food available to order to your room. The hotel was local to most shops and a modest walk away from attractions. The professionalism of Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation could not have been better. The surgeons provided a pre-op consultation where they worked with me and answered all my questions as we decided together what would be best for my hair. They were trained professionals who performed an excellent and thorough operation. The only pain I suffered was the initial few injections to numb the head. Don't misunderstand me these were very painful, but after these, absolutely no pain at all during the operation, or after I drifted off to sleep 3 times 😄. Pr p injections and aftercare were provided and throughout I had a wonderful English-speaking translator, who was with me at all times. I am someone who will find a fault in anything and I really looked but I could not find any here. Perfect service at a competitive price from start to finish. I can recommend Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation to anyone who is thinking of a hair transplant. I was bald on the crown and front. Now one year in I have hair which gives me greater confidence and I look much younger. Such an amazing service!

I was a bit skeptical about the procedure at first because you hear so many bad stories of things going wrong. After spending time researching many doctors and techniques I decided to go with Gold City Hair because of their reputation and the fact of FUE technique also put my mind at ease. If anybody is thinking of getting a hair transplant I would spend the time and at least hear what they has to say because they have a lot of experience. Thumbs up. This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
