Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, and my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. Their driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.

Liposuction & arm lift. Hospital and staff excellent. Pleased with results. I expected a 4 star hotel as that is what was agreed and pictures of said hotel sent to me, However I was not given that hotel I got a basic 2 star hotel- it was clean and staff friendly but not somewhere I wanted to spend a week in. I was moved to a 3 star hotel after complaining with that said I would still recommend as the coordinators I met were all very helpful and friendly.

Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing. I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. I arrived in Turkey in February to have liposuction along with my daughter who is having rhinoplasty done. We were met at the airport by Teomen who was fantastic made us feel very welcome. The next morning we were picked up by Teomen and taken to the hospital where we met our interpreter who was amazing. Everything went brilliantly test was carried out to make sure we were both fit and healthy the care we got was amazing the aftercare was even better. I cannot highly recommend this place. I am going again in March with my friend who wants to have liposuction done after seeing the amazing results I have had.

All ladies team. Manager Asli organised everything very well, and still provided a great care after surgery, answering all the questions. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it, all the team was very professional friendly, caring. Quote was for 3500 grafts, but they did 4800 with no extra charge, where I was pleasantly surprised. They provided me with all medication and aftercare products BigThanks girls for such a great job, and care you have provided. Now just need to wait for full results. My best recommendations.
