Having extensively searched the internet to find a good and reasonably priced dentist in South Korea, I came across Seoul Today Dental Clinic. The service was excellent right from the start. After corresponding with Dr Doh who always responded to my emails in a very courteous and prompt manner, I decided to visit his clinic. The clinic had a fresh and modern look to it and I was greeted by friendly staff and taken into Dr Doh's examination room where I was x-rayed using sophisticated, state of the art equipment. Dr Doh went into detail about my treatment options and associated costs which were affordable. I found Dr Doh to be a very genuine, attentive person. Very skilled and competent surgeon who went out of his way to ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the dental procedures. I was very happy and satisfied with the care and treatment I received and have no hesitation in recommending Seoul Today Dental to anyone seeking a professional dental clinic that provides quality dental services with a high focus on customer service and satisfaction.
A Plus Dental Clinic is an excellent clinic. I have been going to A+ clinic for more than 4 years. I am really happy to have found a dental clinic that has amazing and professional people. The customer service is great. The doctors know English and it makes it easy to communicate. You can tell the dentist about any problems you may have with your teeth. A plus dental clinic employees are so friendly and nice. The atmosphere of the place is very friendly. The best part of A Plus Dental Clinic is that they are open on Saturday which is excellent if your an English teacher in Korea. Also, they work with you to make an appointment and choose the best time when to see the doctor. You can contact them by Kakao, email, or text. They are great at always responding and sending you reminders about your next appointment. My experience with a+ dental clinic has been excellent, I have no complaints. I have had a few procedures done from a root canal, inlay, getting a porcelain crown, to my yearly clean up and check-up. I am satisfied with how my teeth look now. Overall, I am satisfied and happy to be a patient of A Plus Dental Clinic. I would recommend this place to many people and friends which I have. Very kind dentist and receptionist. The dentist can speak English perfectly and fluently but I think the receptionist is more comfortable speaking in Korean. I could use my national health insurance here and the dentist showed me pictures of my teeth and the full price of my cavity treatment. The treatment itself was quick, a little painful due to no anesthesia which I thought was normal but my mother was surprised that no anesthesia was used. I also got a welcome toothpaste and brush gift from the dentist and the location is surrounded by many restaurants too. Overall I would return here in the future.
Best service I have experienced in Seoul. I needed to have cavity treatment done and had visited several other clinics both in the Gangnam and Gangbuk areas before settling on Bright Dental. The primary reason for my choice was because Dr Koo didn't try to 'upsell' any unnecessary procedures. In fact, after a much more thorough assessment, he was able to find a cavity that needed more urgent treatment that the other clinics hadn't even spotted. Highly recommended.
