5 stars From the start of my journey, the whole experience has been tender, caring and very professional. I travelled alone but did not feel alone for one minute. The staff at the clinic and the whole logistical team were fantastic. They held my hand the whole week. Everything step was top class from being picked up at the airport to the hotel and onto the hospital. Doctor Gorkem Atsal himself well what can I say, just what a very beautiful professional man you are. I felt very safe in your hands. You explained step by step what was and is going to happen, and so far day by day it is as you explained. Thank you, team. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. I look forward to seeing my finished results in about one month.

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. Just wanted to share my experience with my deep plane face-lift and arm lift. We landed in Istanbul and were met promptly to pick us up to take us to our beautiful hotel communication was 5 stars and we were then picked up at 6.30 am to go through my procedures my consultant was amazing and reassured me I spoke clearly English as did his team and explained everything. I woke up back in my room in no pain but very uncomfortable and won't lie the staff on the night shift were not very attentive I should have added my husband to the group chat so the team could have contacted him to be there when I woke up etc and make sure you've got your nurse buzzer and bed riser at your side at all times. There was a lot of swelling but my surgeon constantly reassured me this was normal and whenever we had questions they were always answered within the hour. It was a brilliant experience and cannot wait to see my results in a few weeks. Had my surgery on April 1st 2024 and I'm from England. I am 61yr so the pictures are only 6dys post operation

Best company for cosmetic surgery… I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI. Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful. Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring. I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes. Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy. Thanks to Flyhealth, keep up the excellent work you do.

Dr Afet and her team respond quickly and attentive. I like the most about Dr Afet is, she is very realistic about the results. I talked to many overpromising clinics, Dr Afet was the only doctor who tild me that I need to lose some weight before the operation to have the perfect result. She really listens to you and tries to inform you as much as she can. And the result is better than I expected

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I honestly couldn't explain in words how happy I am with the work and the amount of professionalism I have received from Dr Ferhat and his staff. I've come from London and I've tried to get under eye filler for a while but I've always been told it would take a few treatments to get rid of the under darkness, and Dr Ferhat literally made me feel so comfortable and in one go he has given me EXACTLY what I wanted, pain-free!
