The most impressive thing is the communication, Dr Murat's coordinator Abdul will answer any queries promptly and while there will get you sorted. The aftercare is amazing I was alone, I felt really well looked after from picking up till dropping back to the airport. I am very happy with the surgery outcome. As soon as I contacted the team for a quote got a video consultation with Dr Murat and felt really glad and happy to chose him as other surgeons won't do a video consultation in advance. I looked up for previous patients experience and they all over the moon with their results and mainly the aftercare with Dr Murat. I travelled alone for surgery and it was the first major SURGERY but never felt worried or unsafe. The driver and coordinator Abdul met me at the airport and dropped me at the hotel and I was told to contact them if I need anything. Following day they took me at 6.45 to the hospital and Abdul was with me all time sorting paperwork and investigations and then I was admitted to my room. I met Dr Murat and his helpful nurse Ella I had a long discussion with what I want exactly, expectation and what could be achieved and he explained everything in details and then I went to the theatre. Post-surgery the nurse Ella and other nurses were by my side and Dr Murat visited me twice before discharge from hospital and again before flying back again explaining and answering my questions. Ella came to visit almost twice daily I was always looked after by the team and even with nurses at the hospital I used Google translater and I had no problem with communication at all.

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Dr Afet and her team respond quickly and attentive. I like the most about Dr Afet is, she is very realistic about the results. I talked to many overpromising clinics, Dr Afet was the only doctor who tild me that I need to lose some weight before the operation to have the perfect result. She really listens to you and tries to inform you as much as she can. And the result is better than I expected

On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.

I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. My body is still healing but I’m satisfied with my results so far. Mona answered the phone day and night to me which was very comforting. Things could have run a little smoother if a plan and care package was put together before arrival so you knew exactly to expect although I did book last minute. Would definitely recommend.
