Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

30/UK/Breast lift After wanting a breast lift (without implants) due to weight loss finding the right surgeon was top priority. I spent a long time researching and having consultations with other surgeons but as soon as I spoke to Dr Karantonis on the phone all of my worries went away. I felt really confident that he was the right choice. I went into the surgery with realistic expectations and what I left with was so much better than what I thought was possible. I’m so happy with the results! It’s made the world of difference. Throughout the process Dr Karantonis was reassuring, knowledgeable and had a calming presence. After the surgery he checked in with me often and was there if I had any questions. I can only my speak for myself but I experienced minimal discomfort. I travelled back to the UK 13 days later with a much better relationship to my body. Most importantly I felt safe and cared for. Thanks again Dr Karantonis.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately. Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great. And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation. As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.
