Patients should sleep with their head elevated for three days to keep down any swelling. Patients should avoid touching or scratching the area until the wound is completely healed.

Allyson is brilliant, and so is this website (although the latter is a bit clunky!). I emailed all the clinics that were suggested to remove my skin tag and got several quotes of 'special discounted price' of £500. When Allyson quoted £95, I snapped it up but was a bit worried. How come she's so cheap? I now know that she's not cheap - just good value. She has 20 years experience and the whole experience was very pleasant. Well done Allyson - I will be backl when I get another skin tag!

There are several treatments available to treat hyperpigmentation and they include topical treatments with specially prescribed cosmeceuticals and Micro-needling. IS CLINICAL ® products for hyperpigmentation are formulated with pharmaceutical-grade botanical ingredients that work synergistically and safely with skin cells to gradually lighten and even the appearance of pigmentation. The Hyperpigmentation Regime includes products that address overproduction of melanin, encourage exfoliation, and provide sun protection. Broad-spectrum UV sun protection is of paramount importance to treat this condition and prevent its reoccurrence. It is important to discuss your treatment regime for both in-clinic and at-home with your practitioner in a full consultation, prior to embarking on a course of treatment. Micro-needling is a non invasive procedure which is performed in-clinic, where tiny needles are either rolled or punched in to the skin. This encourages healing by means of collagen production. Micro-needling also allows for any cosmeceuticals or prescribed treatments to be absorbed in to the skin for a higher level of efficacy. A course of treatments are usually advised in order to product the best results. There may be a little discomfort during treatment, however, in more aggressive treatments you may be given the option for a topical anaesthetic. You may experience some redness and the feeling of sunburn following the treatment, however this should disappear within a few hours.

I went to SDS to have a wart removed. The clinic is close by and they had an appointment available. We only needed one session to finish everything. I think I was meant to return, but I couldn’t make the appointment. It was a laser removal. The clinic’s lovely and clean. I healed without any scarring. It was a good value. I would recommend them.
