I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Overall I had a very positive experience in a comfortable setting. I am looking forward to having a consultation with Dr. Raj Thethi.

I had a dead-cell facial peel plus a milia and other small sebaceous growths removed by the very efficient and friendly Julie. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. My healing has been quicker than I initially thought and I feel confident that the treatment will be successful (still a little early to tell).

After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

From the first contact, I have received excellent communication, service and treatment. Dr Martin discussed my condition in easy-to-understand terms with my wife and I, then the procedure. Dr Martin has a great patient interaction and I felt very comfortable. The procedure went according to plan - every step explained as it was happening. Remote aftercare and responses to my questions were quick. I received my biopsy results on Boxing Day morning - a great Christmas present, giving me peace of mind that my condition had been resolved. I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
