I would like to add, what a lovely group of people. The nicest you'll meet, from the drivers to the cleaners (who made my room beautiful three times a day). I was given hot water bottles through the night by the lovely nurses and peppermint tea and juice in the mornings. Honestly, I was so well looked after. I travelled alone and had a delayed flight but that didn't stop anything, Dr Tamer helped me. He moved things around and made it work and surgery went ahead. In six months, I have lost 65lbs. Lost 54 inches from my body. I'm down from a UK size 18 to a size 10. All my blood work is normal. I don't have any deficiencies. I've not had any hair loss at all and you can't see my scars unless they're pointed out. They're very faint. My GP in the UK is super happy with the results and he has fully supported me. He is definitely a fan of Dr Tamer, he even told other doctors about him when I was last in, singing his praises! Nothing is off the table as I still have treats but I take my vitamins daily, prioritise water and protein and I even drink powdered greens now. I strength train and I found out I can run too.
