He was excellent at explaining the operation process and recovery process and was happy to answer any questions. Nancy was amazing when it came to arranging transport and assisting with hotels etc. She made the entire process so much easier and did multiple follow-ups to make sure my recovery was going well. From start to finish the level of service has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Dr. Hany to anyone.
