Had my appoint with the Hygenist. She was excellent and took her time to explain what she was doing when cleaning my teeth. As always all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to this dental practice for years and would recommend it to my family and neighbours.
Had a replacement filling - all done and dusted in less than 40 minutes. The dentist was very good - no issues with the anaesthetic. Work was carried out swiftly and competently. Very happy with the result. (This is my regular dental surgery and usual dentist).
I cannot praise the practice staff for the way they have to treat me and my wife. My wife has always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone in the practice made her feel welcome and calmed her nerves. As for myself, due to COVID and the fact that my previous dentists were a victim of the "lock-down" and ceased practising, left me in a lot of pain due to a bad wisdom tooth, but Dr V.J. I am very happy that I swapped my dentist to Dental Concepts. The people are lovely, but also very professional and efficient. I needed emergency work on a broken crown, which was done quickly.
