This was the first clinic I came across that gave me a good price for skin tag removals and they weren’t too far away from where I live either. It was value for money and there was no scarring. Two of the tags have grown back, but I haven’t had the chance to visit the clinic again. They offered me follow-ups, but I still need to go. Everyone was really good and I can’t fault them on anything. The staff was so welcoming and the service was professional. I recommended two of my friends and both of them have been for their appointments now.

I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening. Cannot fault the level of care and attention on the day and the after care I have received. Very highly recommended and thank you again for all your help!

I had photo dynamic therapy for my scalp to sort out areas of solar keratosis. My GP had described my scalp as a war zone. Arvin explained the treatment thoroughly and then advised me to talk to a dermatologist friend of mine to confirm, for my benefit, that the treatment was right for me. She treated my whole scalp, subsequently re-treated two areas and has had me back several times for check ups (all included in the very reasonable original quote). The result has been fantastic. I wish I had known about Arvin and revitalise years ago.

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Halo, Mangotsfield. After initially hearing that sadly their beautician was on maternity leave, I was contacted by sms by them to say that they had limited appointment availability available (the lady had not given birth yet) & it would seem they were making some appointments available (she was moving house, how crazy is that leading up to the birth of your child eh?!) & the experience on the day was amazing. I had 10 itchy moles removed from my back. The information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. The clinic was a pleasant environment. The doctor and assistant were likeable people. I was expecting this to be a consultation rather than actually doing the job, but I agreed on what needed doing and the price and got it done right away. Each mole was treated with an anaesthetic jab which was briefly a bit stingy, but the rest of the process was painless. The treatment leaves some short term wounds that are now healing well one week after treatment. They itch a bit but I am sure that this will reduce and go over the next few weeks. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I am glad I have had it done.
