I have come from the UK and from start to finish the service is outstanding The people are truly lovely and talk you through every step. Taken back on how they all work as a team and customer service is beyond expectations I have never felt so comfortable in a clinic before. I will be back to see them again in the near future.

I went to Circle Dental, Dr. Jimenez’s practice, I was very pleased with the work and service I received from the staff and dentist. They accommodated me in every way, from assisting me in my accommodations during the time I stayed until the time I departed. There liaison “Alli” was always available for assistance if needed. We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. I had All on 6 implant for both upper and lower with 2 zygoma implant on the upper jaw. I really happy with my new smile at Rose Dental Clinic. They've changed my life. We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule.
