We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Mehmet KOSE, his team and his state of the art Adaport Dental Clinic. A prosthodontist specialist, Dr. Mehmet is a highly skilled artist in complex dental & facial matters, including restoration & replacement of missing or damaged teeth, as was my case. I’m thrilled with the restoration work using glass fibre endodontic posts for my front teeth and a complete zirconium veneer and crown smile makeover. Every step of the journey was professional, discussed in detail, no surprises and carried out with the most modern applications. Digital dentistry is mind blowing, and the use of micro needles makes treatment almost painless. For my smile makeover, I requested that my original tooth line on jaw be restored to an upright position as it was caving in due to over extractions done as a child. Plus I wished to keep the original shape of my teeth with only having the zirconium veneers and crowns one or two shades lighter. Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.

Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

They were all great and I really like because they spoke English and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me upfront how much it was costing and they broke each thing done.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

What an amazing dentist! I have had a fear of dentists all my life. Dr Nuyen, was such an warm person, talking great english, explained very well what would need to be done. After my first visit, I had lost my fear totally and was waiting for the next appoinment exited. Total of 3 appointments, I have a very nice natural smile and clean healthy teeth. She’s very professional in her work and very good with social skills making even a huy like this feel comfortable. ❤️ Also had the pleasure of meeting her both aons, who are very musical and i’m a musician myself. On my first appointment her other son came sown and played piano for me which was unbelievable, on my third visit today I had a great jam session with her elder son who plays guitar. My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.
