I'm a GP with 25 years experience and know a bit about healthcare provision. Simon's care was faultless. He arranged to see me with a difficult extraction by email almost instantly (my own dentist had suggested a maxillofacial surgeon as he was not prepared to do it). The procedure was impeccable. I felt no pain or suggestion that this was without his field of competency. I was surprised when it was over as I was waiting for the tough part. I was hugely impressed. A nice guy as well. He has my total faith. He is motivated to continue to improve (he is sitting a supplementary exam to enhance his qualifications) and would do well anywhere.

Fixed braces for upper and lower jaw. Excellent service. Very professional and friendly team. Definitely recommended.

I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.

I went into the clinic to ask about a panoramic photo of my teeth. About 10 minutes later the dentist saw me and took a picture of my teeth. Five minutes later they sent me my photo by email. I would like to thank the whole team at The Smile Gallery. I came in for an aesthetic consultation with Dr Aak and was advised what treatments would be suited to me. I ended having Profhilo with Aak which has really helped my skin. I also booked in for a course of Retinol peels with Nurse Jade, I have only had one so far and can already seen the difference. Dr Aak recommended skincare too which I have now started which has been a game changer. Her knowledge is amazing and she made me feel so confident that I had chosen the right clinic.

I had a hygienist appointment with Sylvia. She was fantastic and explained everything she was doing. She was friendly and makes you feel comfortable. My teeth have never been so clean. I was doubtful about going to see the hygienist but will make it more of a regular routine to attend.

I have visited this Dental Practice for over 35 years. Yes, there has been a change of personnel over this time but I have always received exceptional service and care, and the current team, from Dentists, Dental nurses and Reception team are all excellent.

The dentists at Ock Street Clinic have been looking after my teeth for many years now. I am always pleased with the care, friendliness and efficiency of the treatment I receive.
