Having experienced a series of botch jobs in another surgery, it was a breath of fresh air to feel like I was in good hands. I had a new patient consultation with a dentist that lasted the best part of an hour and a hygienist appointment. All staff were professional, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and took the time necessary to discuss issues and explain treatment options. Pricing is very transparent, so you know what to expect.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. My left front premolar had a filling and it cracked into two. It was my first experience of having an extraction, but it was considerably less traumatic than I had imagined. The implant was inserted in stages during the following six months. On the whole, my experience at Clinic 95 was a very positive one, with nothing unexpected or surprising. As the course of treatment was always explained thoroughly in advance.

What can I say.....for someone who is petrified of the dentist, Omid has restored my faith. He is patient, explains everything, nothing comes as a surprise and his work is outstanding with no pain. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
