I have been to see numerous dentists over the past 2 years as I felt extremely underconfident and wanted to feel better in myself, all I got offered however was a denture which constantly caused discomfort and did not fit correctly. I didn't feel as if the dentists I had been to see had my best interests at heart and I was constantly experiencing problems. This has had a detrimental effect on my self-esteem and I felt at rock bottom until Dr Sabri agreed to help me. He offered me several different treatment options and I decided to go ahead with the bridgework on my upper jaw. The team at Novusklinik made me feel at ease and I have been today to have my bridgework fitted and I cannot begin to explain how ecstatic I am with the work and how much of a difference it has made to my life. For anybody who has ever experienced these issues will understand where I am coming from. I would just like to say how grateful I am to you all and I highly recommend your practice and your team. But every doctor and assistant in Clinic Prime is so special and so understanding. Doctors were well equipped in their work. They created a new smile and a new me. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I chose Tower dental for 3 implants and zirconia crowns and I was very pleased with the price and the quality of service. I paid extra for sedation for my implant work and was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Beware of cheap imitations because this clinic offers quality dental work at a really good value. As soon as you walk into the clinic you can appreciate the quality of the place and you meet the super professional staff who provide an excellent service. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
