I’ve been to Novusklinik for three visits now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to think going to the dentist would be an unpleasant experience, but I’ve had a very enjoyable experience so far. My teeth look SO MUCH better than they did beforehand. Thank you, guys!

Amazing !!! I came from Ireland to do zirconium crowns ( upper jaw) and,,fix" my lower jaw - whitening, complicated extraction to make smile visually more straight. I couldn't be more happier!! Dr Yasin Salman has been taking care of me since begging. Super professional- LISTENING what I am looking for and what's my biggest problems and give me clear treatment plan, very gentle, explaining everything few times if needed, no rush- taking time to pick the right colour of crowns ( mine are mix of two to make them look even more natural - Dr Yasin suggestion). Don't remember the name of surgeon who did the extraction but she was so lovely,very gentle, as I had complicated extraction she came day after to check if everything OK. All staff is very professional, helpful and friendly from the girls on reception by technicians and dentists. I felt that they really do care. Also clinic did organise my accommodation ( lovely small hotel 1min from beach), airport transfers and first day transfer to clinc ...all smooth,easy with no problems, as I was travelling by myself I was bit stress ,they were very helpful before flights, answering for 100 questions quickly and clearly!! Highly recommended

Had veneers done about 2 months ago and the results were fantastic. From start to finish the clinic was in contact with me. I was a bit nervous coming from USA that I would not have the same standards, but the clinic was better than anything I have experienced at home. From start to finish they were in constant communication and were able to arrange everything that I needed. The staff were all friendly and completely professional. There was always someone available throughout that spoke English and could answer any questions that I have. Most importantly for me, especially since COVID, is hygiene. The clinic and all spaces were completely sanitized and all staff were wearing appropriate masks/gloves/gowns and all the instruments were clearly sterilized and new. Would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back my self for future work, especially given the prices being so reasonable compared to other countries.

I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

I had implants and crowns at Dentapoint Izmir and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The level of care and standard of service is to the highest degree. Also there patient coordinator’s Ozzy and Sude make sure that you are totally in good hands. Dentapoint is more than just a Dentist they transform your smile and confidence.

I have come from the UK and from start to finish the service is outstanding The people are truly lovely and talk you through every step. Taken back on how they all work as a team and customer service is beyond expectations I have never felt so comfortable in a clinic before. I will be back to see them again in the near future.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. I decided to do something about my awful teeth. I reached out to a couple of clinics in Turkey because it would be cheaper than having the work done in the UK and it is safe to say that after I spoke to Perla, my mind was made on the clinic I would like to go with. From the first conversation, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and it confirmed to me that I had made the right choice. I had a lot of work done ranging from extractions, implants and crowns. The work was carried out over two trips and 4 months after the first visit, I feel as if I am a new person. Everyone on the team is so kind and professional. The treatment itself is of very high quality! Dr. Kübra Çakir recommends the treatment plan that is best for you and really considers all of your needs. The translator Sarah was such a big help - if you're nervous or unsure about anything (treatment, flights, transport you name it) she'll be there to help! There is truly nothing bad to say about this clinic, if you're worried or unsure about visiting turkey for dental work then go to this clinic as they take good care of you!

I had my ethnic rhinoplasty with Surgero. They explained to me all the processes that they will take cartilage etc. I was a bit nervous when I started my research about the surgery but after I met my coordinator Zuhal, everything became so easy. They even checked on me after 2 months. It’s not a company, it’s like you have friends over in Istanbul that known you for decades! So grateful and god bless you all beautiful people.

Would 100% recommend VK smile. From start to finish they was absolutely amazing. Picked us up from the airport, sorted our hotel and picked us up the next morning to go to the clinic. Very welcoming on arrival and always made sure you had plenty to drink. Everyone is so helpful. The clinic might seem a bit pricy, but the quality of their zirconium crowns is exceptional. They fit perfectly and look incredibly natural. Definitely worth the investment.
