I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Medhera's doctor is an incredible and honest plastic surgeon, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I underwent breast augmentation with a breast lift under his care. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was effortless. Seeing my before and after photos made me emotional because of the immense happiness I feel now. I used to have insecurities before the surgery, and this was exactly the outcome I had hoped for. Additionally, he regularly checks in via calls and texts, promptly addressing any concerns. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This is a year down the line as life got in the way but I have to say my experience with the clinic was amazing. I had a thread lift, eyelid surgery and lipo to my stomach,sides and back as well as my double chin. From my initial enquiry right through to my visit I couldn’t fault them in any way. Artur was my guardian angel the whole way through. They were very careful to manage my expectations too. The clinic was spotless and the staff were lovely. Don’t worry about the language barrier either. I stayed overnight in the clinic with a nurse due to the amount of work I’d had done and was really well looked after. The eyelid and lipo was sore for a week or so after but manageable. I found the thread lift the most painful during recovery but was delighted with the results of that and my eyelids. The lipo was good and I’d have liked more taken away but to be honest, if it had been possible to do so safely they would have. My eyelid stitches were removed by the nurse at my gp surgery. I had no stitches with the lipo. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare at home too. All in all I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. A year down the line I’m still thrilled with my eyes and thread lift. It was subtle but effective which is what I wanted. I’ve put back on some of the weight I lost from the lipo but I expected this as for health reasons I can’t exercise and take a lot of medication. I’m still far better than I was before I had it tho. All in all a very very positive experience and I highly recommend them

I can highly recommend Lisa and her whole team they certainly go the extra mile & trust me I’ve seen a few surgeons in my time but never before a team that fills you with confidence & ease from the start of your consultation to the aftercare from then on. I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well
