From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.
I had Mommy Makeover on 3/8/22 with Surgero. I am a mom of two grown children and at 49 years old I wanted to do something special for myself after all these years. I had a 100 lb weight loss that I’ve kept off for the past 5 years which left loose hanging skin around my abdomen & breast area. After years/hours of working out, I quickly realized the skin could not be toned & back to its normal shape and needed to be surgically removed. The concierge from the very beginning was polite, and professional and answered all my questions. I was booked a year out by choice to save up enough funds as I was paying in cash. From there the process was very smooth and I only had to book my flight to İstanbul, Turkey . Surgero remained in close contact with me throughout the weeks leading up to my procedure which I was thankful for! I was greeted by my coordinator after their driver picked me up from airport. I met my surgeon a day before of my surgery, and they said it’s better to have 2 consultations (1 a day before surgery day and 1 on surgery) to have better communication/understanding between the surgeon and the patient. My surgeon was Dr. T and let me tell you he was the sweetest, kindest, most professional surgeon that I could’ve asked for. He answered all my questions with the utmost sincerity and clarity on what needed to be done with my mommy makeover. I loved him and have recommended her to several of my colleagues, family and friends. I am now scheduling for a Brazilian butt lift with him for spring of 2023. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health.
