Bone Graft Costa Rica

I have to admit that I was a little unsettled before my All-On-6 procedure. Although I did my research and due diligence on Urzola Dentistry - including speaking with Dr. Urzola and a handful of his patients, I was still a little unsure of the process. When I arrived at the office for my surgery, I was relieved after speaking with a number of his patients who were returning for final visits or, in one case, a man who brought a friend after having the All-On-6 procedure a few years before. I only heard positive things in terms of the quality of service by the staff and pricing (1/4 to 1/3 of US costs). The staff was attentive, caring, and professional, especially Adriana, who worked with me extensively and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed in a timely and caring fashion. There was a small complication with the first surgery, which was corrected the next day, so one thing I would do differently is extend my stay in Costa Rica for an additional day. Although I have had no complications to date (it's only been a few days since my last adjustment), I caused myself undue worry by compressing my trip. Looking forward to returning in January for my final set of new teeth!

My trip to Costa Rica was exceptional, from the moment I landed, I felt welcomed. Having a representative greet me, walked me through immigration to getting me to Gabriel, I was thoroughly impressed. After getting me to my hotel, getting checked in and getting to the clinic all in the same day, I was excited to get my dental work done. After consultation with the doctor and his finding cavities that my previous dentist did not identify, he filled them with ease. Getting me prepared for the crowns was an easy and painless experience. I was thoroughly amazed; the crowns were ready to be installed in less than 48 hours. The very reasonable cost, speed and efficiency of doing my dental work here in Costa Rica has led me to recommend this service to several of my colleagues and family who have already booked their visit here to get their dental work done. I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. They were extremely accommodating and responsive. I was able to get two new mouth guards (ready within the hour!) that exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Prisma Dental

I was very pleased with my dental procedures and very pleased with the I was greeted and treated from a personal standpoint. I was greeted warmly, like an old friend. I am having lower dental implants put in and I am looking forward to returning soon for my final appointment. I would, and already have, recommend Costa Rica Dental Clinic Lab to anyone.
