Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. It was the first time I visited Cevre Hospital. Let's start from the beginning: The booking for the appointment was so smooth and professional. They sent me all necessary information through WhatsApp (prices, location, and even the consent). They were so flexible and lovely. When I reached the clinic I felt the good vibes. The music, ambience, smell, and decoration are relaxing. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They all speak English which is a plus. Dr. Ali cem is so lovely and caring. He described everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Later on I met the other doctor who was extremely friendly and relaxing. I loved their cooperation which added much positive energy. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. While I was doing my research for a Revision rhinoplasty from The UK, I found Dr Ferhat İlen on Instagram. I texted the team and they immediately arranged a video call with Dr. Fi and he explained in detail to me the problems with my nose and how to fix it. This gave me a lot of confidence.
