I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Had a revision rhinoplasty and lip reduction with Dr. Gorkem Atsal on August 12. I chose this clinic because it was already highly rated, its organization looked professional and modern, and I badly needed to correct the results of my first rhinoplasty. When I met the Doctor the first time, I didn't even need to explain what was wrong with my nose; he immediately saw - on the spot - the defects and what needed to be done. From that moment, I knew that I was in safe hands and that the results would be radical, and so far they are. I will forever be grateful to the Doctor, and I'd also like to thank Seher and Enes for their precious assistance, support, and making sure everything went smoothly.

Breast reduction with uplift surgery. I have chosen Dr Murat Sarici after an extensive search for BR surgery in India, England, Belgium, Prague and Turkey. The most impressive thing is the communication, Dr Murat's coordinator Abdul will answer any queries promptly and while there will get you sorted. The aftercare is amazing I was alone, I felt really well looked after from picking up till dropping back to the airport. I am very happy with the surgery outcome. As soon as I contacted the team for a quote got a video consultation with Dr Murat and felt really glad and happy to chose him as other surgeons won't do a video consultation in advance. I looked up for previous patients experience and they all over the moon with their results and mainly the aftercare with Dr Murat. I travelled alone for surgery and it was the first major SURGERY but never felt worried or unsafe. The driver and coordinator Abdul met me at the airport and dropped me at the hotel and I was told to contact them if I need anything. Following day they took me at 6.45 to the hospital and Abdul was with me all time sorting paperwork and investigations and then I was admitted to my room. I met Dr Murat and his helpful nurse Ella I had a long discussion with what I want exactly, expectation and what could be achieved and he explained everything in details and then I went to the theatre. Post-surgery the nurse Ella and other nurses were by my side and Dr Murat visited me twice before discharge from hospital and again before flying back again explaining and answering my questions. Ella came to visit almost twice daily I was always looked after by the team and even with nurses at the hospital I used Google translater and I had no problem with communication at all.

I came to Dr. Safa Manav for a breast augmentation + lift. I am 10 days post op and happy with the results so far. I came solo which was a bit scary but I was completely taken care of by the doctors, nurses and Janan. Dr. Safa Manav and Janan speak perfect English and Janan is around to help translate if needed. I love how organized everything was and that I did not have to worry about arranging transportation, organizing follow ups etc. The hospital room is unlike any other hospital room I have seen. It is basically your own hotel room. Super clean and spacious. The hotel was great! Very comfy and breakfast was amazing. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I cannot emphasise enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Before I went in for the surgery, I was still very nervous and anxious because I have really bad anxiety but Dr. Afet answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I honestly can tell she cares a lot about her patients and I love how respectful and understanding she is. Dr Afet and her immediate staff are friendly and attentive. She offered as many video calls as I required and answered every question and allayed every fear. She is absolutely lovely. But that is nothing compared to her skills. Totally recommend Dr Afet...

I went to Istanbul for an FDL tummy tucks and liposuction. I was travelling alone so was a little more nervous but I cannot explain enough how good these guys were. Firuza who organised everything was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. I had a few changes to make even last minute and it was no trouble. Anil the translator explained everything and kept me informed even the staff who couldn’t speak English was still friendly and reassuring. At no point was I in pain or uniformed even the transfer guys were brilliant. Dr Osman is wonderful I’m delighted at the outcome of my surgery thank you all so much

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I am absolutely blown away by my transformation and I have definitely got my confidence back so thank you onep for giving me my life back. So so happy.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

I did the gastric sleeve surgery in Antalya. It was a mixed experience. First, the surgery is not done by Holo World Health, they are more like a health tour agent who helps get you to the right people and buys your tickets and arranges everything for you. Mona has been very responsive and took me to the clinic and has been with me through all the tests. She has been very good and I felt supported especially up until the surgery was done. The surgeon was qualified and did a good job as far as I am aware (it has been one week since the surgery). The hospital was very busy and we had to use the emergency entrance. There were constantly new things that were sprung on us that I was not told in advance. I just felt that I was taken from one office to another to another and had to sign a lot of paperwork without getting adequate time to study it or ask questions. Letting people know in advance about what tests and how they will be taken and communicating the plan and steps that will be taken before, during and after the surgery could be better. I felt like I never knew what is going to happen next. The pain management after the surgery was not very good and the first night after the surgery was agonizing. I have not been that miserable before. The nurses basically were saying well yes it hurts that’s understandable you had surgery. You have to wait for three hours till we give you more medicine. And three more after that. Rooms are fairly small but private. The nurses do not speak English so it is very challenging to communicate. They tried to use the translator app. But they do try and provide good care. Even though like I said pain management has been done poorly especially the first day when it was needed the most. After the miserable three nights and five days at the hospital, I returned back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the part was completely poorly organized. I needed to be on Liquids only diet and hotel did not have a stove or a microwave. They did give me a small electric portable stove when I asked after a few days. The hotel in general looks ok but the quality is average. There was poor lighting, some furniture was wobbly, room service didn’t replace shampoo, conditioner, soap, the breakfast that was included was not that great and had nothing I could eat on my after-surgery diet, which was again another oversight. So, overall the practical details were handled fine for the most part but there were things that definitely should be improved.
