The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from consultant Ömer, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. The clinic was very clean, cozy and had amazing staff working there. All medical help people has been so pleasant and supportive. Thank you to guide me through Ömer and Zendel, as well as big thanks to the surgeon and dietician Hatige.

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. I first came along with my friend for her bypass surgery. I decided after seeing the fantastic team from the surgeon to all the staff. They all were so caring and a well managed team. The transfers were included in the price friendly drivers and were on time promptly every time. The hospital was very clean and all questions & concerns were answered straightaway. The after care was 10/10 all staff were really caring and listened and resolved any problems which raised. I felt safe and cared for from the start to the end. I had gastric sleeve surgery. Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. I found Clinic Center on Instagram and started to read comments on trust pilot. Hence, the number of comments on trust pilot is high and the rating score was high, that encourage me to contact with them. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. The salesperson was really concerned and answer my all doubts, the doctor and the patient service was amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. After surgery, I was starting to loose weight after surgery. It has been like 3 months since I got my surgery. Thanks for Clinic Center to help me getting this hard procedure without getting trouble. From searching for a pricing for sleeve gastrectomy, right through to actually having the procedure and the after care, my experience with Clinics United was second to none - superb! Alexandra communicated excellently what was going to happen, how and when, there was no stone left unturned and her pleasant customer service started the whole process off in the best possible way. On arrival in Antalya, I was looked after by Ayse (actual communication before I even left England), she looked after every aspect of me and my time in the Yasam hospital (very clean, excellent nurses, well equipped with latest technologies). From the pre-op tests that were needed, to simply having a juice with me and making sure I was alright. I felt well looked after and certainly not alone for a moment of the, rather quick, 4 days I was in Turkey. Ayse = Superstar! No complications after, and very happy with results already - 17 kilos in 2 1/2 weeks (Y).

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting any work done. I genuinely couldn't explain how exceptional they were, from the very start to the very end. Super clean and friendly place, who treat you like VIP. Every single staff member genuinely cares for you and is always making sure you are OK. I even had cleaners coming to me all the time and making sure I'm OK or if I needed anything. Also, there was an Amazing lady called Irem who assisted me through everything, and she also kept in contact with my husband who was back home, to tell him everything was OK with me and assured him all the way whilst I was in recovery. But honestly, me explaining my experience is nothing compared to the actual experience. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have had the best experience with this clinic - especially with my Patient Counsellor, Rosa. Honestly, I couldn't have had a better Patient Counsellor than her by my side. I had a Gastric Balloon fitted, and I was nervous, but Rosa put me at ease, supported me throughout, and was there from beginning to end. Not only did she make things easy by arranging transport to and from the airport, but also she was a friend to me and the friend who was with me. She took us places to have the best experience in Antalya, made sure we had the best advice and made sure we had enough to eat and drink. She even helped take my Mother to A&E when she had a bad accident! Rosa has made me feel so confident and positive, and with her by my side. I know that I'll continue my weight loss journey, and succeed. Thank you so much for everything, Rosa. You are a great person. A truly beautiful person inside and outside too. Highly recommended!

I am really pleased with my new smile. I was able to choose the shape of my new teeth as well as the shade, ranging from brightest white, to a very natural shade. All transfers from the airport and to and from the clinic were provided. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble!! Would definitely recommend!

It was wonderful to come across Clinichub. Unfortunately, although my soul is still young, our body succumbs to the times. It succumbs to gravity. It was Mrs. Berna Göbeloğlu who convinced my daughter, who doesn't think much of dieticians. My daughter, who met a nutritionist who does her job well, is very happy now too... Ms Berna Göbeloğlu is someone who will set an example for you with her own life… Her physical condition and fit looks will also inspire you… Berna is like my daughter now 💙 she will always have a place in my heart… Meet and start your adapted diet with her…. Before I forget, I have to say that my son and wife were also wondering if they should go to Mrs. Berna. Since my son has breathing problems, he will have all his surgeries done with Clinichub. Aside from the eyelid surgery and my personalized regimen, I also had fillers on my face for my wrinkles. I can only say that it was very effective. I recommend ClinicHub to everyone.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I contacted Fatih Ozturk on a recommendation from a friend. Fatih organised everything from start to finish. All I needed to do was book my flights. The hospital and the team could not do enough for me very helpful. I went for gastric sleeve surgery, naturally I was a little weary. As soon as I met Fatih and got checked into the hospital I was at ease. The only word to describe it would be seamless. Thank you Fatih.

I wanted the gastric sleeve as I felt it best fit my needs. Seriously morbidly obese having yo-yo’d for 30 years. The clinic had been recommended by 2 people that I know. Before attending the lovely Nesrin answered every question I raised which was very comforting. I answered their Qs and they agreed the sleeve was the best option. I went to the clinic on 2nd Nov, had all the pre-op tests, they were very through. The op was the following morning - no time to get nervous everyone was so friendly and matter of fact- next thing I know I’m waking and a few hours later walking the hospital corridor, plenty of hand rails if you are feeling a little wobbly! 4 days later and I’m checking out with a bag of meds and vitamins - although 😂 they weren’t going to let me go if I didn’t suck up the balls on their little contraption!! I’ve given 5 stars - yes a handle in the bathroom would be useful but the staff were attentive, the docs visited every day and the nurses were lovely. Prof Nurullah, Dr. Mani and their team have my sincere thanks as I’m now on my way to a “New Me!”
