After my long search for a dentist, I met the expert staff of Istanbul Dental Academy. They said I had a problem with my gums and referred me to a gum specialist and periodontist. The dentist did a very clean job. My pain is gone and I feel lighter. It was spotless after deep cleaning and curettage. They also provided smile aesthetics by using zirconium crown

Here is my full detailed review of my treatment with Dr Cem Baysal: I first got in contact with Dr Baysal in the summer of 2022 after vast online research for dental work abroad. I came across Dr Baysal on whatclinic as he was number 1 rated in Istanbul. He had THOUSANDS of fantastic reviews backed up with decades of experience as well as being a professor in dentistry at multiple universities across Europe. It seemed a no-brainer to go with Dr. Baysal. I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp and gave him a brief overview of my dental situation and what I require. He then proceeded to make suggestions and sent his price list and fees for various treatments. Once I booked my flights he booked me in for an initial consultation the day after I land in Istanbul. I arrived in Istanbul November 2022 and discussed what I desired and created a treatment plan with Dr. Baysal. Upon reviewing the tomography (£35) Dr. Baysal advised I can have 3 dental implants for my missing teeth. The next day Dr. Baysal performed the initial implant surgery. I was given plenty of anaesthetic in and around the implant area so the surgery was painless. Just some pushing and pressure in the jawbone as you can imagine with inserting implants. Once the anaesthetic had worn off there was a little bit of pain but nothing ibuprofen couldn’t deal with. Dr. Baysal prescribed me 5 days worth of antibiotics to take post-surgery to avoid any potential infections. After the surgery, I was able to return home and needed to return after 5-6 months; known as the osteointegration period. After 6 months I returned in May 2023 to finish my treatment. Again this was an easy WhatsApp message to Dr. Baysal to let him know of my return. Upon returning I had another tomography to review the implants and make sure they were successful which they were. Now we could proceed with completing the dental implants. As well as the dental implants I discussed crowning 6 of my other upper teeth to create a nice natural smile. Dr. Baysal said this was possible so we created impressions for the crowns on my natural teeth and the dental implants. The preparation for the crowns was painless, performing ‘shoulder preparation’ which is a high-level skill to maintain gum health and the life of your teeth. Dr. Baysal and his fantastic dental nurses always provide plenty of anaesthetics to make sure you don’t feel anything throughout the procedure. Once my teeth were prepped for crowns and my implants ready for abutments and crowns Dr. Baysal placed temporary crowns over my teeth (mimicking my natural teeth) so I could carry on eating and drinking as normal. 6 days had passed and my crowns were ready to be fitted. This again was painless, the only uncomfortable parts of the process were the cold air on my prepped teeth which were sensitive and finishing the tightening of the dental implants. Once this was completed Dr. Baysal made sure my bite was correct and everything was secure and that I was happy with my new smile. Which I absolutely am! My treatment of 3 dental implants and 6 zirconium crowns came to roughly €7000 (£6000 £1=€1.15). This was half of what the treatment would have costed at my private dentist in the UK. Dr. Baysal’s clinic is located in the very affluent area of Nisantisi in Istanbul so it’s a pleasant stay in one of the many affordable local hotels. I have recommended Dr. Baysal to at least a dozen friends and family in the week after finishing my treatment and returning to the UK. They love my smile and the natural look of my teeth. Dr. Baysal offers a very natural-looking solution, making sure your crowns are shaped and in a shade that match your natural teeth. Dr. Baysal is a master in what he does. You’re probably reading this review as you are looking to come to Turkey for affordable dental treatment. Dr. Baysal’s prices are on the higher end for Turkey’s standards but his reviews and skills speak for themself and compared to UK prices, very affordable! Thank you Dr. Baysal and team. Five stars for Dr. Çilem Bulut for giving me the best smile I ever had in my life. You cannot set a price on a Hollywood smile. It's priceless. I went for a full set of crowns. They feel like natural teeth. The treatment was very professional, accurate and painless. Dr. Çilem Bulut is not just any dentist but a mosaic artist as well and she managed to restore an old church in ruins, so to say. The dentists of the clinic support each other by casting their opinion on ongoing dental work, so you get a second and third opinion as well. Everything is smoothly coordinated with the technicians, so that you don't need spend more than a couple of days with temporary teeth. The technicians work super fast. The clinic has drivers to pick you up at the airport. The drivers pick you up at the hotel to take you to your appointment. You are looked after just like you were adopted. Your stay at a luxury hotel is included in the price. This clinic is absolutely top. There are even support animals at the clinic (a dog and a cat) to comfort patients. I now have a new dentist, Dr. Çilem Bulut and I will fly to Turkey again and again to make sure that she can do my check-ups.I had veneers before getting crowns and I've been through a lot when it comes to dental treatments. Forget about emergency scaffolding done by other dentists in several other countries. If I need dental treatment again, I go to Umut Dental Clinic. Thank you ever so much!

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. I recently visited the clinic to have dental implants surgery. Dr Binnur was so patient when I was extremely nervous and she explained every step of the treatment. A lovely young man picked us up from the airport even though our flight was delayed by 4hrs he was so kind and waited for us till 2am. The same young man took us to and from the clinic, kept in touch throughout our holiday and was kind enough to take us back to the airport. I had 2 implants placed, canine tooth removed and a bone graft I was virtually pain free. I am due to return in October to have my crowns fitted and I am looking forward to having a new smile. My boyfriend and I had made a vacation plan in Istanbul. Seizing the opportunity, I had previously seen the name Cosmedica Dental on Instagram and did a lot of research on it. Then, I scheduled a dental appointment with them. I got my teeth cleaned which was perfect, and my boyfriend got a Hollywood Smile. Just got back to the UK after having 12 implants. We were treated to outstanding service, the staff are very helpful and explained all the treatment and made sure we understood everything.
