The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

Wonderful experience! I came from the US on vacation and decided to see a dentist while I was in Portugal. I had my teeth cleaned and the doctor taught me new ways of brushing and flossing to save me money in the future. I feel like they truly care about you and don’t just want your money like other countries (USA). I will definitely be making a trip back to have more work done! Very affordable. I got veneers in my upper and lower jaw (10x2) this summer. The treatment was good and over all, I am very satisfied with the result. Martha is friendly and skilled, and so is her staff. I had pain for quite a while after the treatment, but I have no reason to believe this is due to Martha's work. There were no infections and she was indeed cautious. The clinic is also reasonably priced. I trust Martha and will absolutely recommend and use her again. I trust she will fix any future issue that might occur. Best regards Ole

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I just came to Ukraine three days ago from London to see Dr. Duda and his team for a consultation about my top teeth. Dr. Duda made an appointment to see me again on Tuesday 21/12/2021 and again on 24/12/2021 I hope everything will ok. As soon you are at the door you feel welcome. And also the lady in the reception Kate tried her best. Even help me, call for me a taxi and she calls back the taxi man if I am ok and she tells the taxi driver to make sure he should take the right place.

I am British and travelled to this practice due to waiting times in the UK and also for the costs and level of service i had received in the UK. This dentist is a magician! I will never visit a UK dentist again! I needed two extractions - both front teeth and 2 dental implants. Dr Vasiloudes was in contact with me prior to me arriving in Cyprus and as soon as I spoke with him on the phone I had a total sense of faith in his abilities as a dentist, there was something that reassured me. We arrived in Cyprus on the Tuesday, on the Wednesday morning I drove to the practice - so easy to find with its own parking underneath. This practice is outstanding in design, cleanliness, hi-specification on site technology and architecture - nothing like we have in the UK. The practice is simply stunning. On the Wednesday morning i had a 3D x-ray performed, he removed both front teeth, cleaned my mouth and removed my infection. I left that day with no teeth but a feeling of happiness knowing I had made the right decision. I spent the remaining part of the afternoon on the beach! The day after - the Thursday I arrived to have a mould taken for my 2 teeth denture. On the Friday I arrived for the denture fitting. The 2 teeth denture is colour matched to perfection. These two teeth are phenomenal. That evening I ate steak for dinner! I hadn’t eaten anything tough for 2 months! The level of service I received was outstanding. I would not have received this in the UK. If anyone is worried about travelling abroad for treatment - I can honestly say Dr Vasiloudes is a master of his art. You are in utter capable hands and in the most serene environment. The whole team are amazing. I couldn’t have received a better level of service. It was five star all the way. I will return in August for my implants and I can’t wait! I will update then. I will always now return to this practice for any work i require - small or large - and combine it with a holiday! I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! Following a recommendation, I completed several different works including root canal and composite bonding at New Smile and genuinely must say this clinic is amazing. The dentists were friendly, experienced, informative and re-assuring. I’m very happy with the end result! P.s. I can’t believe they actually have spare dental packs, just in case you had a quick bite before your visit.
