Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme. I have gone to Freda many times over the years for a variety of injuries and found her to be a fantastic physiotherapist, highly experienced, totally professional and empathetic. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to have found Martin in 2019. For twenty-five years I'd had a knee injury which after some years also affected my hip. Martin put me on the right track and informed me of key information which I had been lacking before. My knee and hip no longer give me trouble and my prognosis appears very good, whereas decades earlier I had been advised that I would likely need further cortisone injections and possible knee replacement. I am twenty years older than when I received that advice, and I have enjoyed much better mobility and pain-free thanks to Martin.

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. Alison popped my back and neck after I had stopped resistance through anxiety. I feel brand new after it and only need a few more adjustments and I'll be right.

I have got amazing treatment having a bad back I was given an exercise maintenance plan which had given me great relief. 5 stars out of 5! I went in with a damaged lower back and the care that Rita gave me was superb. She worked an hour straight trying to ease the pain and she explained the process from exercises to what treatment she was providing. Rita is professional, friendly and clearly loves her role as a physio. She explains in detail the aftercare treatment plan when I should return and hopefully when I would see results. I have already booked my next session as I see results already.
