I had severe back pain during my trip in Istanbul. I reached Pt. Mustafa via WhatClinic. After the first session he immediately understand my problem and fixed my back. In total, I went for 5 sessions and I have felt the relief in every session. He is a very kind therapist. He helped me to understand my problem. I have been having treatment since 2 months in Ayka Life Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center. I have been wearing a corset for a long time due to the scoliosis and my muscles were realy weak. I was warned that İ cant get operated on, as the surgery might cause a stroke. So just the physiotherapy is suitable for me. I came to Ayka Life upon recommendation. The doctors and physical therapists have been working with me individually, we started with the check up and doctor prescribed daily electrotherapy (24 days), accompanied with a light sport therapy, my condition got better and I have continued with manual therapy, I could use my legs and arms to bulild up muscles. Step by step my muscles built up strength and eventually I stopped wearing a supportive corset. Thanks to the diet specialist I also could adjust my diet to keep up my weight. In the evenings I dont have pain in my legs and generally I am became more mobile. I definitely see and feel the tremendous change in my physical condition. My discomfort and pain reduced so that I can walk and exercise freely.

I needed a physio to give advice on a family member who had suffered a serious break of her arm. Having previously been very active she had become bedridden. The physio did a number of checks and persevered despite the fact that the patient was unable to communicate. The physio suggested a possible cause which I believe is correct even though it was a surprise. The fee was good value and I intend to have regular assessments in future.

I was so impressed by Alan and his team. Following a car accident, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. From the first visit, I felt I was really listened to. Alan identified Costochondritis as one of my issues and worked on my rib cage area. That was someplace to start. I also have a number of injuries, cervical and thoracic pain and Alan identified a muscle weakness that had led to my shoulder blade moving. This was causing so much pain and over a number of weeks with suitable exercises and physiotherapy Alan had the muscles stronger and the shoulder blade back in place. Over the years I have attended Physios who give you moves to do but don't massage the muscles. This is where LL differs. I would recommend Alan in Laurel Lodge Physio. I am so glad that I started my recovery here.

Having never had my back and spine looked at previously and after 10+ years of carrying excess weight, I have been incredibly lucky to find Dr Chenot. She has been a magician working on re-adjusting me and alleviating a lot of stress as well as increasing my range of motion and overall allowing me to feel a lot more positive about myself. She also does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what's happening and how what she is doing is going to relieve what is ailing me. The front-desk staff is incredibly friendly also. Never have to wait more than 1-2 mins after arrival before being seen and they send reminders 24 hours before the next appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Could not be happier!

Would highly recommend. Very good physio, and was put at ease straight away by him. Which was needed as I was very nervous and in a lot of pain.
