I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

I had to make two trips. I had crowns and implants. Overall the experience was good and I am very happy with the results.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Travelled from Scotland to have bilateral knee replacement. Surgery went well no complications at all. The hospital is very clean and the staff were also very good. Only thing I did not like food to much but used the canteen. Sezen arranged everything and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Bora as he did an excellent job. Scars are healing nicely. He checked on myself twice a day and answered all of my questions. Great surgeon Great service. I am a basketball player and I had an injury. After that, I had an acl surgery. It was a very difficult period for me. I was wondering if I would ever be the same. But during the treatment process, the support I received was incredible. As a result of the treatment, I returned to the field as before. My doctor and his team were awesome, they knows very well how to approach an athlete.

I went to Allmedica, Nowy Targ, Poland in March 2024 for a total knee replacement. From the moment of enquiry, I was gently guided through the process by the professional team there. It was all so easy...and very affordable. It is now almost 5 weeks later and I'm already walking without aid and am far more comfortable than before. I want to send my thanks to everyone involved in ending the pain I've lived with for the past 4 years. If I had waited for a local hospital to do the operation I would have had at least another year of pain and, if it was anything like when I had my first knee done - I would still be learning how to use crutches! I went to Poland (Katowice) to have hip surgery at the Sanvimed Clinic. Their policy is to keep you in the clinic for two weeks, with total care post-operatively. You are met at the airport by taxi and returned there by taxi. Nurses look after you and administer painkillers etc. Most of the staff speak English adequately and where not, a translator is available. Excellent. All this cost me £7,500.

Had hip replacement in 2018 with wonderful success. A genuine caring and professional doctor with a warm personality.

All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. Forever thankful. 100 % recommend.

I flew here from Hawaii to get a breast reduction and it was a great experience from start to finish. Even before arriving Alişer helped coordinate everything and I had little to worry about. Before, during, and after the surgery everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m also very happy with the results of the surgery as well as the cost. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone in my position, I felt safe and cared for the whole time even being so far away from home.

Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.
