I felt the treatment at Crown IVF was excellent and very professional. After embryo transfer I stayed within the unit for a period of time which I felt made a big difference. This was not done in the UK for my previous IVF treatment and I believe this contributed to my positive outcome with Crown IVF. I had a wonderful experience with Crown IVF, the team were extremely helpful, sympathetic and dedicated. Although I was nervous about my IVF journey, everyone made me feel very relaxed and were always on hand to discuss any worries I had. Dr. Harry is very patient, and he is very upright, almost answering every question. My email is full of Dr. Harry's emails. Moreover, he has not yet charged you a penny and is still very patient in helping you answer all your questions. I believe he must be an excellent doctor. At the same time, I feel that he is a very, very smart, sensitive, and intelligent doctor. If there is an opportunity to collaborate, I feel that he is extremely creative and able to flexibly solve various problems.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.
