Having spent nearly three months in excruciating neck pain. I was at a loss for what to do but didn't want to go to the Doctor and be put on a lengthy waiting list. A friend recommended Rosie and her team, I made my initial appointment. I'll admit, I was rather sceptical of it all but Rosie spent time talking about all aspects of my neck pain to ensure she was treating the whole body, not just one area. After the first session, I felt relief from the constant pain I had been in. I actually cried on the way home because I could move my neck! Rosie has been treating me for just under five months, it turns out that I had two herniated discs and a trapped nerve. All of which she has treated without a single prescription drug. I cannot thank Rosie enough for her hard work and for introducing me to cranial massage. Which is a rather stressed out individual, has worked absolute wonders for me. Again, I was not a believer that this would help in any way. But now I feel so much lighter in my own self, I am happier, I am more relaxed and most importantly I am pain-free. Kate Lewis is simply a magician! I went to the practice off of a very positive referral to see if they could help me with acute sciatica that was rendering me almost unable to move without squealing in pain. I had an appointment with Kate within 24 hours and after 5 sessions with her in a 3 week period, I was almost completely healed! Kate took her time during the first part of the first session to understand exactly where and how the condition had set in and was sympathetic with her first treatment, then progressively applied more techniques through the next sessions. It almost feels miraculous to be where I am after such a short period of time and I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. It took me over 50 years to visit a chiropractor and I will definitely make a habit of this now. Thank you, Kate.
I have had a course of acupuncture with Laura for CFS, having had numerous investigations and treatments over the last 3-4 years. After the first 3-4 sessions I felt so much better and been symptom-free hereafter. Laura is very personable and explained the procedure well. The holistic approach has also helped other issues and I would certainly recommend her and the clinic.
Aimee is very nice, and knowledgeable and got to the source of the problem quickly. Well worth the money.
