Anyone can benefit from sport and remedial massage; it doesn’t matter whether your muscular aches and pains are due to injury, training or day to day activities. Sport and remedial massage deals directly with the body’s soft tissues. It works on the muscles, tendons and fascia. It combines general massage and deep tissue manipulation with stretching techniques to improve muscle health and performance. The treatment is direct and results are usually experienced quite quickly. It is called sports massage because it is a style of massage that is popular with sports people. However it is not just for amateur or professional sports people. You don’t have to do a sport to benefit. Anyone who suffers from muscular aches and pains whether they are a result of training or every day activities can benefit from sport and remedial massage. It is extremely successful in the treatment of soft tissue injuries and can help with muscular problems caused by sitting at a desk, driving a car, manual work, gardening or stress. Sport and remedial massage is also often recommended after physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment in the rehabilitation of injuries.

I am still receiving treatment from the clinic, however, the staff are very friendly and although my treatment has not been completed (laser tattoo removal) results are easily visible. I would definitely recommend.
