This is a very ‘hands on’ therapy that has been successfully used for more than 10 centuries.Your treatment will take place on a futon mattress at floor level, during which you remain fully clothed (loose cotton clothing is preferable). Comfortable pressure is applied in either a rhythmic manner or as simple holds along specific lines on the body where the energy channels lie.
