WELCOME TO INJURY ACTIVE CLINIC! Injury Active clinic provide leading injury assessments, sports massage and rehabilitation. We are a front running sports injury clinic providing the latest assessment and treatment services to help those suffering from pain and injury as a result of a sports, occupation or lifestyle injury. Treatments for acute trauma, tendinopathies, muscle strains, ligament sprains and joint problems are carried out at the Injury Active Clinic (IAC) using a multi-directional, evidence based approach. Many of our clients transition through a fully comprehensive strength and conditioning programme at our local facilities in order to further develop strength, agility and skills to maximise performance and reduce the chances of injury re-occurrence. Fast accurate diagnosis and effective treatments for sports injuries, physical conditions and pain are provided at the clinics run by this group. The clinics are located in Oving and Bagnor Regis in Sussex and in Guildford in Surrey. The Oving clinic is registered by the West Sussex health Authority as a Day Case Facility, the National Care Standards Commission and the Healthcare Commission. Procedures performed include physiotherapy, podiatry, osteopathy, sports massage, electrotherapy and administering facet joint injections.

Two clinics one at Langley and the other at Marden in Kent are run by this chartered physiotherapist and sports injury specialist. A detailed diagnosis is conducted at first and a treatment plan is discussed and drawn up. Treatments for joint and muscle conditions, repetitive strain injuries and sports injuries include soft tissue manipulation, mobilization, massage, core stabilization and Pilates, gym based exercise therapy, acupuncture and electrotherapy. Referrals to medical specialists are provided at the clinic.
