I felt immediately bettera.barker, Ireland, 13 Nov 10

I had both acupuncture for back problems and massage both of which were excellent. I felt immediately better for the acupuncture and my immune system all went back up again after the treatment. The massage is a regular thing to help alleviate stress and my lower back ache that comes with the stress. I find the girls all professional, caring, pampering.. hot water bottles and all!

Felt relaxed and well after my treatmentGuida, Dublin, 29 Jul 15

I attended at Mr Anders house. I was apprehensive but afterwards I thought it was as good as. The space is nice and relaxing and I was back for a next session which felt as good. I will be back to tackle my next rock.

Ayurvedic massage is highly praised and recommended as a daily practice. As people follow the daily practice of eating and sleeping, so should they receive massage to help expel waste materials from the body. Ayurvedic massage is an ancient Indian healing art which recognises that each of us is unique, each responds differently to the many aspects of life, and each possesses different strengths and weaknesses.  The style and flow of Ayurvedic massage is determined by who you are and what your body needs for balance and well-being. Ayurvedic medicine is based on the theory that health exists when there is a balance between three doshas or personality types called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The type of touch, warm oil and herbs used in massage are directly dependent upon your constitution.

Pleased with the treatmentOrla, Dublin, 18 Mar 14

I was very pleased with the treatment. It was a very tough massage, but exactly what I asked for and it undid a lot of knots. In future I would not plan anything for after the massage as I believe it would be a good idea to rest afterwards.

I felt really relaxedCarmen, Ireland, 21 Nov 13

I am really happy with the treatment Amparo gave me. She is a good professional and she is really in to her job. She knows very well what she is doing. The communication and confidence she gave was absolutely great and also the therapy room was a really clean, charm and lovely space. The music, ambient, oils she used were exceptional and when my treatment finished I felt really relaxed. Also, I bought a voucher for my boyfriend and the detail and presentation for the voucher gifts are really amazing, everything is care exquisitely. Definitely I will come back. Really thanks for your service, I am delighted.

Can you remember the days when you were full of vibrant energy from sunrise to sunset?  Rejuvenation is essential to your vitality, creativity, happiness and inner growth.  A holistic program of rejuvenation will bring back the body’s natural energetic state making you feel young and energetic again. Ayurvedic Massage utilize herbal oils and heat, as the ancient rishis of India found that these elements were fundamental in promoting health, overall well being, and longevity.  Using Ayurvedic herbal oils for a massage adds yet another dimension to it, because it integrates the properties of those herbs into the already therapeutic effects of massage.  Plus, warming up the oils (or using heated stones, as in the case of shila abhyanga, or hot stone massage) makes it easier for these herbal oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues, taking their properties beyond the mere surface of the skin. Furthermore, due to both their properties and temperature, warm Ayurvedic herbal oils promote extreme relaxation, which is necessary for any healing process to take place. So, as stress and tension accumulate all over your body, day after day, slowly promoting the dysfunction of all your tissues and organs, regular Ayurvedic Massage do the exact opposite, and can bring you deep rejuvenation and longevity.  Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.  I look forward to meeting you!  My mission is to help you live a better quality of life using principles from Ayurveda and treating you with Massage and Ayurvedic body therapies.
