The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!

After a recommendation I had Lens replacement surgery for presbyopia. From the initial consultation to the final surgery my experience was very good and I feel Wonderful!!! I had a Lasik Femtosecond eye surgery for myopia on Sept 28th 2022. Everything went perfectly. I was a bit stressed at first (because it is eye related + I did not know what to expect) but now I'm very glad I did it! When I arrived at the clinic I met Akin, a professional interpreter who has been accompanying me through the whole process, from the pre-surgery exams to the post-exams. He has been very calm and reassuring. He translated everything for me and answered all my questions, and even stayed with me during surgery, which was really comforting. I thank him very much! I was operated on by Hayati Turker, who is a very serious and professional surgeon. I am very grateful for what he did for me as I can now see perfectly. In conclusion, I highly recommend this clinic.

I needed cataract surgery. The whole process was completed in an efficient professional manner, with a customer-friendly approach. The clinic is easy to find, with nearby parking. The building is modern as is the technical equipment.

Professional, open, honest and caring. Excellent service. I was a little concerned about being in a different country and not knowing what to expect. The Dr and her team operate out of the main hospital, which is modern and well equipped. Had the lens replaced in one eye and laser on the other eye done by the NHS which had signs of protein buildup. Less than a week and my eyesight is excellent. Don’t wait too long as I did, and suffer when you can have this done at a fraction of the price. Ideally, flight out Sunday and return Friday, gives the team time to run tests, do the surgery and then a checkup before you leave.

I wanted to do Lasik done as I wanted to get rid of specs. I went to Seedi Eye Care hospital where they treated me very well. They explained me about lasik procedure. It is a 15_20min procedure. After the surgery I can see clearly. I am very happy with the results.

Also, as a foreigner I had the help of Gana, that speaks great English. She was amazing in explaining everything, holding my hand during surgery and doing follow up checks.
