Anne-France Rix is a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist, with a university degree in Nutritional Medicine. Anne-France has particular interest in supporting healthy digestion, hormone and adrenal health, which may underpin conditions such as fatigue, anxiety, arthritis, osteoporosis, acne, eczema, psoriasis, female menstrual disorders and weight gain.

She has also provided health advice to countless people during her 12 years as Manager of a Nutritional Clinic and health food store; and from working at the renowned Dr Marilyn Glenville Clinic in 2011 - where she received specialist training from Dr Glenville in using Nutritional Therapy to assist the management of female hormone disorders, and to support male and female fertility.

Anne-France’s clinical approach blends the best of both ‘Naturopathy’ and ‘Functional Medicine’, using a practical, personalised treatment strategy to help manage unpleasant symptoms whilst endeavouring to address the underlying causes of your health problems – such as nutritional deficiencies or hormone imbalances. Gemma Landau - BSc (Hons) NT MBANT: Nutritional TherapyGemma approaches her nutritional consultations from a functional medicine perspective, therefore considers all of her patient’s symptoms and contributing factors, taking into account possible systems imbalances within the body.

Gemma is trained in aspects of person centred counselling and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which allows her to specialise in individual consultations, aiming to motivate and educate people to improve their wellness and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Gemma works with adults, particularly parents, as well as having much experience in working with children. Gemma can run our ‘family wellness workshops’ providing advice for fussy eaters, as well as weaning and meal-planning for whole families.

Initial consultations are used to establish goals and gain a full medical history, once this has been achieved; Gemma devises a personalised protocol which is goal orientated and ensures consideration to testing, medication interactions, polypharmacy and supplementation.

Future consultations are used to discuss progress and how best to make the necessary steps toward meeting your goals.

SALMA S KHAN - BSc (Hons), MSc, PG Cert CC, NT, CNELM Dip NT, MBANT, CNHC(Reg): Nutritional TherapySalma is a Nutritional Therapist, originally from a Biomedical Sciences background specializing in Clinical Chemistry. She has worked in various laboratories to gain first-hand experience and her passion for nutrition led her on a journey to study the subject in great detail.

Salma uses principles from the Functional Medicine Model, which is an individualised approach that may support the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual. She has also completed a course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is currently carrying out further training. She incorporates her NLP skills within her nutrition consultations in order to motivate her clients.

Salma can give advice on a broad range of issues, including weight management, hormonal balance, food intolerances, migraines, issues with energy and mood, as well as providing advice to recreational and professional athletes.

Salma is a member of BANT and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and is also an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM).

She was awarded a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Health and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with clinical practice. She is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is supported by the Department of Health. Victoria is also recognised with PruHealth private health insurance.

Before she retrained as a nutritional therapist Victoria worked for over 10 years in the financial sector in the hedge fund and asset management industry and so understands the pressures and deadlines of the corporate world and the obstacles to eating healthily.

Victoria approaches the individual as a whole rather than just a set of symptoms and understands the interaction between different body processes and the impact on health. This can be used effectively to support client’s individual health concerns, or simply to support health through practical dietary changes and, if required, testing and supplementation.

Areas of focus include skin health, fatigue, female health, multiple sclerosis, weight management and stress.
