I came upon a recommendation of a friend. Everything was perfect. I didn't feel any pain during the operation. I didn't even have a headache afterwards.I paid close attention to the first 3 days of bedtime. After 3 days, I returned to my normal life. The Post operation follow-up process as well as the doctor's shown interest, everything was very nice. I would recommend ACA HAIR CLINIC to anyone.

It has been one month after my new hair journey and I can say the service of RTS is extraordinary. They made me feel at ease pre procedure and on the day itself. Post procedure they are always willing to answer questions and provide advice. The team are very proactive in asking for photos to ensure the recovery is as smooth as possible. Overall, the clinic really values their customers, offer an excellent service and of-course, great results.

It was a great experience as I get my hair transplant there a month ago, the clinic was well equipped. Dr Aydin was very helpful and specialist in it also the assistants was skilled and smiling which helps a lot during the operation.

Pretty nervous at the start but the procedure was very smooth plus the service was outstanding. From hotel accommodation to transportation to operation everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

About 6 months ago, I started researching for breast prosthesis. I was a little scared because it was going to be my first plastic surgery. I applied to Medworkt clinic. Immediately after, my consultant Mert returned and gave me all the information about the operation with truth. The reason why I said it with the truth was that it gave a lot of implicit information. After learning the whole process, we decided on the operation day. My doctor is a really successful doctor. My pre- and post-operative process progressed very professionally. Now my 6th month is up, I wish I had done it much earlier. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks.

My advice for anyone in the UK (or elsewhere for that matter) is to ignore the expensive and glitzy Harley Street, celebrity surgeries & the many new “budget” clinics appearing around London & get your hair transplant done by the professionals at Hairneva in Istanbul. Before my procedure, I did extensive research & contacted several clinics in Istanbul & actually visited one of the budget clinics here in London (which was horrendous)! Hairneva where not only one of the quickest and most detailed in their responses to my many questions prior to choosing my clinic, but from the moment of 1st contact to seeing me out the door on day 2, Sevil (my contact at Hairneva) was nothing short of exceptional & looked after my every need. Be in no doubt, a hair transplant is NOT a minor procedure akin to having a hair treatment injection, my procedure took almost 11 hours and the fact alone that Hairneva carry out all their procedures in an actual hospital should elevate them on to anyone’s shortlist. The hospital is private, upmarket & professional. Before my procedure, I was given a full blood test, blood pressure & health check (all very reassuring). Back to the Hairneva team & what can I say! Whilst I didn’t see Dr Öztürk in person during my stay, the entire team were professional, courteous and polite. Nothing was rushed & everyone new precisely what they were doing. As stated, my procedure took 11 hours and at one point after I started to feel a bit faint (you are lying down for a very long time) I was offered a break and served a meal despite the time being 9.30pm. The entire procedure never once felt rushed and the reassuring Sevil stayed throughout – in fact we were the last ones to leave the Hospital at 11.30pm! For anyone not familiar with Istanbul, Sevil arranged all my transportation including the return trip to the airport. All in all, any nerves I had about having my procedure done abroad were negated by the professionalism of the team and their attention to detail. Best of all, I had my transplant done for roughly the same price as that quoted by that horrendous budget clinic in London which operated (literally!) above a shop! The difference in service & surroundings could not have been more glaring! I’m now in month two following my procedure – the donor area has completely healed (no gaps) & as predicted the transplanted new hair has shed and there is just a hint of new growth underneath. I’ll make my final judgement in a few months’ time but thanks to the Hairneva team even at this frustrating stage in the process I am 100% confident that by this time next year, I’ll once again have a full head of hair. In summary, I could not recommend Hairneva enough, especially for anyone like myself who is extremely conscious about their hair and a little daunted by having it done abroad - what I thought would be a nightmare experience, in reality, turned out to be a lovely Istanbul break with the added bonus of having a professional hair-transplant whilst I was there! All I had to do was show up. Thank you Hairneva team and special thanks to Sevil for making it all that little bit easier all around. 5 stars.
