I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

I went for the dental treatment, they were so organised and expert. the dentist was amazing, he knew what he was doing. I also loved the hotel Mercure it was so luxurious. I would recommend them for dental treatments.

Fantastic experience from start to finish at Nadezhda hospital. We felt in very safe hands with Dr Stamenov. His calm mannered, friendly and expert approach made us feel at ease and we had every confidence in him. We travelled from the UK after previously undergoing fertility treatment in a UK clinic without success. The treatment and experience we received at Nadezhda hospital were far superior. One of the main differences we found was that we saw Dr Stamenov at every appointment. During the stimulation phase, we regularly attended the clinic so he could perform scans and amend medication where necessary. He also carried out egg collections and embryo transfers. He is so passionate and you really feel that he genuinely cares. In our eyes, he is a miracle worker! Our treatment was facilitated by Iva and colleagues from Medspa. We can’t sing their praises enough, they were highly professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We are a same-sex couple in our early 40’s so both decided to have IVF treatment at the same time using donor sperm from the hospital. Amazingly we both became pregnant first time after frozen embryo transfer. Sadly one of us miscarried, however, we are now proud parents of a beautiful baby boy and we have frozen embryos stored at the clinic for future use. We found travelling to and from Sofia relatively easy, we treated each visit as a bit of a holiday and enjoyed taking in the sights and local food. Everything was excellent value for money. After a long time spent researching clinics abroad, we are so glad that we decided to use Nadezhda hospital and Medspa. We would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Everything went well and was well organised and we got the desired outcome the first time. The clinic is very clean and modern with excellent facilities. The staff and Doctor were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and always available to answer any questions. All in all a very positive experience.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. According to what the doctor told me everything is happening accordingly to the doctor. I was scared of what will happen, if we got success or not. But at the end we got success. I would like to thank doctor and 1 special person for me who is Vineet.

I engaged clinic Ceram Marbella and now we are many steps forward. I am waiting for my medicine prescription. The response is very good. Madam Joanna has been there for my many endless questions and concerns.

I recently did my TURP with Dr Muhilan. I was discharged after 3 days. I have completed one month and am fully recovered and will start my workouts again. Overall the operation was well done with no complications or pain. Dr Muhilan explained the whole procedure and the alternative Rezum procedure and the pros and cons of each. I am more comfortable when the doctor explains clearly the diagnosis and procedures clearly and patiently. His nurse was also very responsive to my Whatsapps and communication was easy. All in all I would rate Dr Muhilan highly.
