Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Absolutely superb from consultation to procedure. Communication was clear and very helpful. I can’t fault my experience and would happily recommend to anyone. I had a mole removed and the treatment was first class and not over priced. Would happily go back if I needed anything else done. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

From the first contact, I have received excellent communication, service and treatment. Dr Martin discussed my condition in easy-to-understand terms with my wife and I, then the procedure. Dr Martin has a great patient interaction and I felt very comfortable. The procedure went according to plan - every step explained as it was happening. Remote aftercare and responses to my questions were quick. I received my biopsy results on Boxing Day morning - a great Christmas present, giving me peace of mind that my condition had been resolved. I flew here from Hawaii to get a breast reduction and it was a great experience from start to finish. Even before arriving Alişer helped coordinate everything and I had little to worry about.
