First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

My forehead was extremely wrinkled and I had deep frown lines above my nose. The treatment for wrinkles received from Saria has made a huge difference to my face and I now feel so much younger and line free. I also had a big age spot on my neck that had bothered me for years and this was lasered by Joanne and now it has completely disappeared. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and made me feel relaxed on my visits. I would strongly recommend Bolton Laserase Clinic. Thank you to all staff.
