Dental Implants District 12-Ho Chi Minh

Hello, I never have time to write reviews but for this dentist, I must. I am an expat living in Vietnam and needed two implants done. I searched and researched everyone in HCMC. West Coast was always the top recommendation, however, they were very expensive, over twice the amount of Lina Dental. I went to Lina Dental and can not tell you how absolutely pleased I am with her work. She is professional, office clean (I am a super picky American). I had to go 3 times and each time, Dr. Do was direct, professional and now I have my teeth in. They look better than my originals. If anyone is needing serious dental work at an affordable price, this is the place to go! Dr. Do and the team are just awesome and worked within my budget, many thanks! Had a root canal and crown at Elite Dental. Due to allergies, it was done without any local anesthesia. Dr. Hien was so skilled and gentle that there was almost no pain at all and no need for IV anesthesia (which they also do at this clinic). Staff was professional, caring and great at setting all of this up for me. Highly recommended! The clinic is super clean, state of the art equipment and highly skilled staff.

A short note to express appreciation for my recent dental treatment. I had a holiday in Vietnam in 2019 with my parents. My mother has chosen this dental centre to restore her all teeth, and she feels very satisfied with the service here. That’s the reason why I came to I-Dent Dental Implant Center. This is the first time I go to this dental centre for dental implant and dental crown. I had experienced great service from all staff. From the initial inquiry through to examination, and the thorough explanation of my treatment plan and the procedures. I had experienced efficiency, kindness and professionalism of the highest degree, all the way from the reception staff, to my fabulous dentist and her assistant. The dentists at this clinic are truly remarkable, not only for their professional expertise but also for their friendly and approachable demeanour. They engaged with me in conversation during the examination, making the entire process feel like a discussion among friends rather than a clinical procedure. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring my convenience by arranging transportation all the way to the airport. This level of care and attention to detail made a significant impression on me.

All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.

A second visit to this clinic did not disappoint. A checkup revealed a broken tooth beneath a crown. Dr Taun did a great job in extracting the offending tooth and followed this up by fitting a bridge over 3 crowns. No pain no hassles and all at a fraction of what it would have cost in the U.K. A special shout-out for Dep our co-ordinater who helped me throughout the procedure.

Had a crown done on one of my front teeth and it was perfect. The girls were very professional, cheerful, and friendly. All at very good price especially compared to prices in Australia. Great work guys and I'd definitely recommend this place for any dental work you want. 5 stars.
