Picasso Dental Clinic - Hanoi

We travelled from New Zealand to Hanoi to get dental work done. I had bad gum and bone loss under one tooth which was causing me pain to the point I could not eat.

While the tooth and a couple of others could not be saved due to bone loss after an x-ray the dentists were amazing. They were warm, very caring and explained everything to me in near perfect English.

I needed a denture to be made and as I could only stay in Hanoi for 10 days. They accommodated me well and even had my denture ready in just a few days.

I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work, it is worth the trip.

The staff were warm and welcoming from the minute I walked inside. As I get anxious at dentists I also had the option to get IV sedation which made the process so much better. I will be going back to them to get more work done in future.

I 100% recommend them and thank them all for the lovely experience and for answering my many questions before my arrival.

My visit to Picasso Dental in Hanoi was amazing. I travelled from Sydney to Hanoi and began a course of treatment over two separate visits across a month. I had four crowns fitted, one large filling and the removal of an old and very large amalgam filling. I also had the first stage in preparation for three implants and furthermore the fitting of an Invisiline tray for my bottom jaw. This is a lot of work!

I have been to many dentists in my time, in the UK and in the last 20 years while living in Australia. But my visits to Picasso were by far and away the best dental treatment and care I have experienced. I was so impressed by the professionalism and level care shown by all the staff there. Being an international patient and being in an unfamiliar city is not a small thing. In the first minutes of arriving at the clinic, the staff made me feel so welcome, they were so calming and understanding. I have to say I did have some apprehension about the amount of dental work ahead. However within a very short time this apprehension disappeared. Monica, the client services manager, who acted as an interface between my fantastic dentist and orthodontist, was so patient and caring, taking a lot of time to explain every step of my treatment.

The attention to detail that both my dentist and orthodontist demonstrated was so impressive. Making the decision to go to Hanoi and have the dental treatment done by Picasso was of the best decisions I have taken for a long time. I not only received top-class dental care, it was so cost-effective in comparison to having all this work undertaken at an Australian dental practice. So I have every confidence in recommending Picasso to anyone thinking about travelling internationally for dental care. The warmth and friendliness shown by the staff made my visits a memorable experience. I look forward to returning their for future treatment.

The staff here are very accommodating and understanding and put me at ease straight away.

I wanted to colour match my front teeth and needed implants too. I was given all the information I needed along with price alternatives to choose from.
The clinic is a cool, relaxed oasis from the humidity and madness in the streets.
I was impressed with the cleanliness and the immaculate hygienic practices throughout the whole clinic.
The dentists are artists with creating veneers and mouth structure.

They are highly skilled in their profession and are gentle and friendly.
I cannot praise Picasso Dental Clinic enough.

Hi I want back to Serenity Dental 3 months later like I mentioned in my April review . I want back to Hanoi with a friend who also had work done on her teeth. I had 6 crowns a 5 tooth bridge four silver fillings replaced with white fillings. I have just been to the dentist in Hastings New Zealand and they said my dental work was excellent. I told them all about Dr Emily and the A Team 😆

Once again I can not fault Doctor Emily and her team. Very calming professional and excellent prices. They were able to fit all my work on my teeth plus I got to sightsee and get to Sapa.

My wife and I between us had 2 cleans, 2 x laser whitening, 3 crowns and 4 fillings.

We received excellent service from Dr Emily and her team and can highly recommend Serenity Hanoi.

X-ray and Fillings
I m completely pleased with received treatments. No pain, no any side effects. I have some problems with blood pressure and I mentioned it in a visitor list. So the doctor and medical assistant were so really attentive to it, I ve never experienced any of this before.

I had a root canal, tooth removed, silver fillings replace by white fillings. I had a polish scale and clean. I had numerous fillings worked and completed. It has changed my life, I have a new smile, my friends in New Zealand noticed my smile as soon as I got off the plane. It was very cheap compared to New Zealand. It is the first time in my 51 years I have been to the dentist 5 days in a row and looked forward to it. Doctor Jessica and Doctor Emily and the A Team were very calming, professional I can honestly not fault them. I am organising to go back in the next 3 months.

I did not go to Vietnam with the intention of getting my teeth done. I was walking past Serenity Dental went back to my motel looked up on Google and sent an email. I got a reply straight away with an appointment. My visit I will never forget and my first impression was gee these people are so lovely. They were doing exercise and invited me to join in. They then took me upstairs and like I said my whole life has changed. I had my tooth knocked in 1975, and I had a 3 mm gap. Doctor Emily advised me what she would do and I done it. I have never felt relaxed at a dentist until I went to Serenity Dental. I highly recommend them.

Had two bridges on bottom back teeth. I had it because I only had one molar on one side and two on other side. I had big gaps in my back teeth and my front teeth were spreading out. Also, there was a lot of stress on my back teeth. I had treatment done here because it is very expensive in NZ. I have told friends and family they should go to Vietnam to have their dental work done. It was very good value.

The dentist, Emily, and dental assistants were all very helpful and caring. They worked on my teeth until late at night to get the bridges ready and nothing was a problem to them. They were very reassuring and looked after me extremely well.
