I had an accident which resulted in the loosening of my implant bridge. Was seen almost immediately by Dr Ben and the treatment I had was fantastic. Everything is so clean and the staff are excellent. For the treatment, I had the cost was exceptionally fair. I first went to Dr Ben 13 years ago for first implants and again four years ago, so thank you again for wonderful service.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

After the dental work I had received on my implants, the work that you planned and orchestrated with confidence and professionalism, so technical in my mind was above and beyond. Went to the Portswood surgery for teeth clean, this was my first visit. The hygienist and assistant were very professional and welcoming. Very thorough clean, not rushed, and given advice about mouth wash. Wasn't cheap, think about 100 pounds, but I felt I got good value, and they made this 'chore' as pleasant as they could.
