I attended Claydon Dental in Cheltenham this morning for a routine hygienist appointment. The quality of service and attention to detail was exemplary. Sam, the hygienist, and Simone, the dental nurse, enjoyed a very easy rapport and the way they involved me throughout the session made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I am terrified of Dentists and hence, delaying is my way of putting off the visits till it becomes very necessary. My visit last Friday at the Shine Dental - Mansfield Business Park, Four Marks, Medstead, Alton was a good comforting experience. It is a very welcoming clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. All my teeth had to be removed from the hospital and I went to Vivek for dentures. That treatment is now coming to a close and I intend taking my special needs son to him. My young son recently attended Complete Care for 2 tooth extractions in preparation for braces in the future. The care from the staff was beyond excellent. The dentist took the time to talk with my son and explain what he was going to do. He asked him how he felt about it, if he had any questions and what to do if he wanted him to stop. The dental nurse was equally as friendly and caring, making the whole experience as positive as it could be. I would definitely recommend Complete Care Dental Practice for both adults and children.
