Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

My first trip to the dentist in 18 years and I was really nervous. I Booked in with Dr Shervin, for an emergency appt, which was easy to get. Dr Shervin put me at ease, explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. He extracted a tooth efficiently and effectively. I was so relieved and felt totally relaxed. My follow up appt was a proper check up, where he cleaned my teeth himself and advised no further issues. Would highly recommend.

Just been given a new Dentist by the name of Priyanka. I have to say ( and I don't normally write reviews)how brilliant she is, I've been coming here for 30 years and she is the best dentist I've had so far. Please don't let her go, she's a real asset.
