I was extremely pleased with both

5 50 Dentist Consultation, Hygienist Session

Had an appointment with Dr Andrew Robertson (first time with him) and after an appointment with the hygienist Jan. I was extremely pleased with both . The dentist was very kind, understanding and reassuring. I was completly at ease with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Jan, the hygienist is always helpful and very thorough. I have been seeing her for a few years and thanks to her attention my teeth and gums are in very good health.

I wouldn't hesitate in returning

5 50 Teeth Whitening, Hygienist Session

I was getting some impressions made for teeth whitening, for the results I have gained it was fantastic value for money. Prior to this I was advised to have a hygienist appointment before whitening to improve results. After both of these appointments I wouldn't hesitate in recommending EDC to any of my friends/ family.

I was welcomed by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, all the girls on reception were lovely and helpful, and made me feel very relaxed as I was quite nervous before arriving as I don't like impressions being taken after having a bad prior experience. This great service continued during my appointment(s) from nurses and dentists respectively.

Karina was the receptionist I met and she was lovely, and extremely helpful. Jim (the dentist which sorted out my whitening impressions) was by far the best dentist I have ever seen, thorough, reassuring and extremely welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate in returning.

0.5 50 Hygienist Session, Dentist Consultation

Hygienist Session, Dentist Consultation

I was a extremely nervous patient I knew I needed a lot of work done to my teeth. I saw Andrew I found him abrupt and quite short with me he didn't make me feel at ease at all and certainly didn't show me any compassion as I was so nervous . I saw a hygienist as well and didn't think she had the right manner very self opinated and also quite abrupt I won't be going back

Treated by: Dr Andrew Sleigh

Hi Gwyn, I am so sorry to hear you didn't have a very good experience with us. This is very out of the ordinary for us, as we work really hard to treat patients compassionately and have lots of nervous patients registered with us. I would really like to contact you to discuss this and make sure that we can help put this right, any way we can. Many thanks, Lucie

Would not hesitate to recommend

5 50 Fillings • Paid: £150

I was staying in Exeter for 3 nights and lost a filling. Contacted this clinic late at night and heard next day when they opened. Was seen that afternoon and was delighted with the treatment I received. Dentist was exceptionally good. Had a great sense of humour too :) Would not hesitate to recommend.
Exceptional in every way from first contact with receptionist. Very accommodating and friendly. I found the clinic on the Web and it just appealed to me. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of dentist in Exeter in fact. Extremely efficient and professional. Great experi encephalitis. Even made me laugh whilst in the chair so an added bonus.

As a nervous dentist phobic, this was an absolutely perfect dentist

4.7 50 Paid: £130

Filling

As a nervous dentist phobic, this was an absolutely perfect dentist. My practitioner was Ruairi. He was calm, kind and most of all, patient with my fears. He took time to reassure me and to explain exactly what he was about to do. Had the dreaded filling. He didn't seem to mind that he had to repeat things given my level of fear. I come from the school dentist generation. Treatment isn't cheap, but you get for you pay for and for me it was priceless and went some way to lessen my future fears. Definitely go there.

Treated by: Dr Ruairi Cunnane

Thank you so much for this feedback Sam, we are really pleased to hear that Ruairi managed to put you at ease. We look forward to seeing you again.

if you need a dentist, come here!

5 50 Dental Checkup

Absolutely wonderful. I was so frightened the first time I came here that the dentist was actually sitting on the floor beside me calming me down. Talk about going the extra mile! He, the nurses, the hygienist and the reception staff are brilliant. I'm not nearly as uptight about coming here as I used to be, so if you need a dentist, come here!

Sheila, thank you so much for your kind words! We're really pleased that you're now feeling more comfortable coming to the dentist. Our patients care is number one priority, so it's lovely to hear that we have given you such a good experience!
